easy to be green

It’s easy to be “green” at 250 South Wacker.

Starting in early 2006, 250 South Wacker underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to update or replace all major building systems.

The building was stripped to its bare essentials and the existing structure that remained was fully re-skinned.

In addition to reusing, rather than replacing, an existing structure, the building now boasts a number of environmentally conscious features including:

• The Active Chill Beam HVAC system
• Low-e Glass
• Eco-friendly common area finishes
